Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sole Nautica's boat rental services. By booking a boat with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings must be confirmed in advance. Payment is accepted in cash or via bank transfer only. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure time.

2. Rental Requirements

To rent a boat, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid boating license or equivalent certification
• Provide a valid government-issued photo ID
• Pay the rental fee in cash or via bank transfer (credit cards are not accepted)

3. Safety and Operation

Renters are responsible for:

• Operating the boat safely and in accordance with maritime laws
• Ensuring all passengers wear life jackets when required
• Not exceeding the maximum passenger capacity
• Following all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Returning the boat in the same condition as received

4. Insurance and Liability

Our boats are insured for basic coverage. However, renters are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of these terms. A cash deposit may be held and used to cover any damages or additional costs.

5. Weather and Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone rentals due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your rental for another available time.

6. Fuel and Additional Costs

Boats are provided with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for refueling the boat before return. Additional costs may include cleaning fees, late return fees, or damage charges.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exceeding speed limits or operating recklessly
• Fishing without proper permits
• Taking the boat outside designated areas
• Subletting or transferring the rental to another person

8. Return Policy

Boats must be returned at the agreed-upon time and location. Late returns may incur additional charges. The boat must be returned in the same condition as received, with all equipment intact.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply to all future rentals.
